Mrs. Lois Biggers Forrest, 83, died November 1, 2001 at her residence.
Mrs. Forrest was born in Haralson County on July 25, 1918, to Starling Marion and Effie Elizabeth Howard Biggers. She was the widow of Lawrence Thomas Forrest.
A former employee of H. R. Kaminsky & Sons, she worked for Hubbard Manufacturing Company for 30 years. She had lived in Bremen for 30 years and moved to Monticello from Fitzgerald 14 years ago. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include brothers, Stanley Biggers of Fitzgerald and Howard Biggers of Ocilla, and sisters, Elizabeth Luke of Monticello and Betty Vaughn of Riverdale.
Funeral services were held at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Biggers officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
