Velma, Okla. -- Donna Lee Linke, 63, died March 30 at her home in Velma. She was born Oct. 12, 1938, in Hays, the daughter of Henry and Evelyn Rupp Karlin.
She married B. Arlyn Linke May 5, 1955, in Great Bend.
A resident of Velma, she was a retired third-grade teacher and school librarian. Mrs. Linke was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in Duncan, Okla.
Survivors include her husband of the home; three sons, Steve Linke of Duncan, Bob Linke of Norman, Okla., and John Linke of Lawton, Okla.; one daughter, Sandy Condit of Duncan; her mother; one brother, Ronnie Karlin of Great Bend; two sisters, June Hillman and Lucille Davis, both of Great Bend; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Don Wolf officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home in Duncan.
Memorials are suggested to Velma Senior Citizens Center, in care of the funeral home.
