Frank Riley, 84, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on March 2, 2017 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Jane Riley and sons Rick Riley of Pflugerville, TX, and Jerry Riley of McKinney, TX. He leaves behind six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Frank was the owner and operator with his wife, Jane of Riley Burger restaurant in Lubbock, TX for 25 years from 1964 until 1989.
