Wilma Jane Weston Robinson George, 87, of Washington C.H., Ohio passed away 12:22 PM, Monday, February 27, 2017 at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. Her husband, Franklin P. George, preceded her in death. She was born October 1, 1929 in Jonesville, Virginia, daughter of the late Noyce D. Weston and Mary Jane Spangler Weston.

Wilma had worked at G.C. Murphy’s in Wilmington. During her career, she had also been a nurse’s aide at Clinton Memorial Hospital and worked at Miller’s Bakery in Wilmington. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening, and having card parties. She had been active in the Hillsboro Senior Center.

She is survived by a daughter of Wilmington, Ohio; a stepson of Xenia, Ohio; a sister of Indianapolis, Indiana; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Sugar Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Wilmington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 968, Wilmington, OH 45177.
