Phoebe Anna Miller, 85, formerly of 718 E. Shore Drive, died Thursday, June 15, 1995, at Hallmark House Nursing Center.
Born March 15, 1910, in Macon County to Oscar and Laura Puckett Stanger, she married William C. Miller on May 8, 1936, in Pocahontas, Ark. He died in January 1964. One son, Paul Baker, two brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two brothers, Jack Stanger of El Cajon, Calif., and Robert Stanger of Decatur; three sisters, Helen Bilyeu of Moweaqua, Kathryn Crist of Illiopolis and Eloise Stelzreidi of Mount Auburn.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
