AGED RESIDENT OF ELKHART LAKE DIES SATURDAY AFTERNOON
Mrs. Margaret Breckheimer(sic), aged 92, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Hinze, Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. Breckheimer was born in Germany on June 6, 1832 and came to America with her parents when a small child. She resided at Germantown, Wis., until the date of her marriage to Mr. Breckheimer and they went to live on the Breckheier homestead, two miles north of Elkhart Lake.

They remained on the homestead until Mr. Breckheimer died in 1897. After that, Mrs. Breckheimer went to live at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hinze. She is survived by five children, George and Fred of Elkhart Lake, Henry of Oregon, Mrs. John Deportten of Kiel and Mrs. John Hinze of Elkhart Lake, besides seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at 9:30 at St. George Catholic Church in Elkhart Lake and burial will be made in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery at Kiel.
