Mrs. Toni Faye Petty Watson age 75, of Monroeville passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017. She was a native of Excel but lived most of her life in Monroeville. Mrs. Watson was retired from Vanity Fair Mills and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bernard Petty and Jewel Salter Petty; one son Anthony C. Jaye; brother Bruce Petty; sister Jeanette P. Huggins and grandson Christopher Whiddon, II.
Mrs. Watson is survived by her husband Walter Watson of Monroeville, AL; two sons Vinson Jaye of Ollie, AL and James A. Watson of Monroeville, AL; two daughters Jennifer Jaye Davis of Jackson Gap, AL and Madison Lee Jaye of Monroeville, AL; one sister Alice Chandler of Peterman, AL; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 6PM to 8PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10AM at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Smith officiating.
