Molly Cisco, 59, Lake Mills, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 12. She was born Nov. 25, 1957 in Staten Island, NY.

Molly attended high school at Brookfield High School in Brookfield, and Sarasota High School in Sarasota, FL. She was also a graduate of Ringling Bros. Clown School.
Molly worked for 36 years as an advocate for the disabled. She worked at Access to Independence in Madison. She was also employed by Grassroots Empowerment located In Madison.

In November 2014, Molly became a small business owner and opened Laughing Dogs Daycare located in Lake Mills.

Molly was passionate about dogs. She had a special talent for understanding their needs and was drawn to them. Her daycare was a lifelong dream and she was elated when she could open the doors to the dogs of Lake Mills and the surrounding area. The community responded overwhelmingly and her business continued to grow from the day she opened the doors. Many community members knew her as the “dog lady” and Molly embraced it fully. Lake Mills had many happy pups because of her.

Survivors include four sisters; Michel (Herb) Stone of Cedar Rapids, IA, Claire Ann (Bradley) Boyce of Madison, Polly Cisco of Richland Center and Amy (Steve) Rosenbaum of Sarasota, FL.

She was preceded in death by her brother, James A. Cisco and her parents, James W. Cisco and Earlma L. Cisco.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Laughing Dogs Daycare, 200 Enterprise Dr. Lake Mills. All friends and community members are welcome to attend. Online condolences can be made at the Laughing Dogs Daycare Facebook page.
