Bill Towler died at the age of 61. Raised in Floydada, Texas, he graduated from Floydada High School in 1974. He worked for Joe Offield for over 30 years, employed at Hi Plains Millwright. Later worked as a Welder and Fabricator at H.M.S. Equipment. He was a skilled Craftsman, restored Old Classic Cars and Repair, Hunting, and Fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father Orville Towler and a son Chad Towler. He is survived by: His mother Beverly Towler of Ralls, Texas, a son Bryon Towler of Newland, North Carolina, a brother Jerry Towler of Columbia, Tennessee, and Two Sisters-Debbie Williamson of Ralls, Texas, and Susie Towler of Ralls, Texas.
