Mrs. Agnes Mamie Brown, wife of Clem H. Brown, 1202 14th St. N., died at 11:05 p.m. Saturday in a local hospital at the age of 71. Native of Dayton, Ohio, she came here in 1944 from Indianapolis, Ind., --[following m-2 to Clemence Harry Brown on October 7th that year] --where she was secretary to the Carpenters Union for several years.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Alfreta (sic) [Elfleda] Kunkel, Montgomery, Ala., and two sons, Dale DeLora, Detroit, Mich., and Johnnie DeLora, Indianapolis. Baynard's will announce arrangements."

Services for Mamie DeLora Brown, 71, were held today at St. Petersburg, Fla., where she died Saturday and where she had lived eight (sic) [10] years. She had lived in Indianapolis most of her life. For 29 years she was death claims clerk at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America here.
Survivors are the husband, Clem H. Brown; a daughter, Alfleta (sic) [Elfleda] Kunkel, Montgomery, Ala.; two sons, Dale DeLora, Detroit, and John F. DeLora, Indianapolis; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
