Lynn S. Atterbury, 61, of 315 W. Crestwood Drive died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Feb. 17, 1941, in Westchester, Pa., to Robert R. and Mildred Miles Smith, she married R. Rennie Atterbury III on Sept. 14, 1963, in Wilmington, Del. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Ward of New York City; and one daughter, Kendall Atterbury (and Jason Haynes) of New Hampton, N.H.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was president of the WCBU Board and vice president of the board for Heritage Ensemble. She was a former president of Hult Health Education Center.
Burial of ashes will be in the First Federated Church columbarium.
