"Fred H. Wendland, 65, of 1018 Hawk St., died Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Mercy Hospital. He had been hospitalized two weeks.
"He was born in Winchester on Aug 16, 1904, son of Herman and Caroline Wendland, and was married to Ruby Pritz on April 10, 1943.
"Mr. Wendland had been employed 23 years by Oshkosh Brewing Co. before retiring i 1968 due to an accident disability
"Surviving are his widow, Ruby; one daughter Miss Kay Lynn Wendland, at homer; and one brother, William Wendland, Oshkosh.
"Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Seefeld Church Avenue Chapel, with Leo Krueger of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park."
