Cora Audra Camden Covert, 80, of Brooksville, Fla., formerly of Lexington, Va., died Tuesday, April 8, 1997. Born December 1, 1916 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Hubert R. Camden and Anna Tolley Camden.

Mrs. Covert was the widow of George Covert. She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Wilhelm; and four brothers, Eugene Camden, Hurbert Nelson Camden, Raymond Camden, and John W. Camden.

Surviving are stepson, George Monahan, Brooksville, Fla.; brother, Carlyle Camden, Lexington, Va.; three nieces, Ann Marie Camden, New York City, N.Y., Sandra Berry, Rockville, Md., Virginia Peduto, Staunton, Va.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, April 11, 1997, at 2 p.m. at Stonewall Jackson Cemetery with Rev. Zeb Carson Williams officiating. Arrangements by Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington, Va.
