KENDRICK, Lana Kay (nee: Bowman), 64, of Lebanon, died Saturday January 28, 2017. Born January 16, 1953 in Wilmington, OH to Clarence “Pete” and Eleanor “Ellie” (nee: Whitacre) Bowman, she was a 1971 graduate of Little Miami High School. A member of the Ridgeville Christian Church, she was always active with the many women’s groups in the church. She was a bookkeeper for many years with Kendrick Moving and Storage. Preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sharon Lynn Bowman, she is survived by her former husband, Tom Kendrick of Lebanon, one son, Jared (Bethany) Kendrick of Oregonia, one daughter, Rian Heather (Steven) Long of Lebanon, and five grandchildren, Ava Elizabeth Long, Emerson Kay Long, Jase Thomas Kendrick, Cruz William “Chewy” Kendrick and one on the way. Visitation, Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10 AM – 12 Noon, followed by the funeral service at 12 Noon, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville. Memorial donations requested to the Huntington’s Disease Society, 505 Eighth Ave, Suite 902, New York, New York, 10018.
