He was born in this city, December 17th, 1887, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Caspar Bauer, his father being a member of the contracting firm of Bauer Brothers. He was educated in the public and parochial schools of this city.
About two years ago he was united in marriage with Mrs. Pauline Rischar. One child, Irwin Bauer, was born to this union. He is survived by his wife and son, and the following stepchildren:

Emma Rischar
He also leaves his parents and the following brothers and sisters:

Lecete Bauer
He was a member of Carpenters' Union No. 31 and of the Western Catholic Union. The funeral takes place Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the family home to St. Peter's Cathedral, thence to Green Mount Cemetery.
