Mrs. Gertrude Bauer (nee Kraus), wife of Casper Bauer, died in St. Elizabeth's Hospital on Wednesday, aged 42 years. Deceased was born in this city on June 27, 1865, and was married twenty-three years ago to Casper Bauer.

The husband and the following children survive:

Mathew Bauer
Magdeline "Lena" Bauer
Amelia Bauer
Clemence Bauer
Lisetta Bauer

She also leaves her brother and sisters:

The funeral takes place Friday morning at 8:45 o'clock, from the family home 321 North Mill street, to St. Peter's Cathedral, then to Green Mount Cemetery.
