Loy Eubanks, age 89, former resident of Hazel Park, Michigan and Melbourne, Florida passed away November 8, 2016 in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Mr. Eubanks moved to Michigan in the 1950’s to work in the auto industry and start his family with his wife, Juanita (1929 - 2006). He and his wife had four children: Ronald (wife Arrah) of Rochester Hills, Allan of Eastpointe, Terry (wife Patricia) of Royal Oak and Sandi Donohue of Warren.

Mr. Eubanks was born March 23, 1927 in Westport, Tennessee. He was one of twelve children and is survived by two dear sisters, Ruth Wallace of Maryland and Dorothy Clark of Tennessee.

Mr. and Mrs. Eubanks had ten grandchildren: Aimee, Ronald Jr., Jodi, Tara, Brian, Jessica, Elizabeth, Amanda, Scott and R.J. He had 8 great-grandchildren.

Loy was a veteran and served during the Korean War. He was a dedicated Christian and belonged to the Hazel Park Church of Christ for more than 40 years.

He enjoyed his retirement years in Florida. Mr. Eubanks will be best remembered for his sense of humor and his love of his family.

Memorial service for Loy Eubanks is Friday, November 18th at 11 am at Parkview Church of Christ, 3333 East 13 Mile Road, Warren, Michigan.
