Troy was not only a loving son, grandson, brother and uncle but a very special human being. He was a dedicated employee of IQL Corp., a former member of St. Matthias and Holy Name Catholic churches, a former volunteer at Holy Name Bingo and an avid U of L Cardinal fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann O'Bryan Manning.
Survivors include his father, a grandfather, two brothers, three sisters, seven nieces and nephews, and his extended family members, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
A Father will officiate funeral Mass Monday, 11 a.m. at O. D. White & Sons, 2727 S. Third St., with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, 2-8 p.m.
