Timothy Lindsey "never met a stranger," and was quick to offer help to any in need. He volunteered for Toys for Tots, and helped to escort the Honor Flights. He helped organize a labor day picnic for his union.

Pastimes included outdoor activities such as camping. He enjoyed NASCAR races. He belonged to Hotrods and Handlebars for Heroes, and to the Rocky Point Club.

Timothy L. Lindsey passed away at a Quincy Illinois hospital. He was 53. Two step-siblings had predeceased him.

Major Andrew Miller and Major Cheryl Miller led funeral services held at Duker and Haugh funeral parlor in Quincy Illinois.
