Jacquelyn (Allen) Carter Moore, 82, of Pisgah, Alabama, died on January 25, 2017 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, son, two daughters, five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Daisy Allen; first husband, Jerry Carter; and great-grandson, Noah Thomas. She was an active member of Broadway Baptist Church and a member of the Quilting Guilds in Scottsboro and Fort Payne. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. January 28, 2017 at Rainsville Funeral Home.
