Funeral services for Mr. Nathan Glenn Evans, age 30, will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Springhill with Bro. Phillip Casper and Bro. Kenneth DeHart officiating. Interment will follow in the Springhill Cemetery, Springhill, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Evans was born on August 6, 1986 to Danny L. Evans, Sr. and Angel Roach Evans Tyson in Shreveport, LA and passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 in Hooker, OK. He was a lineman for Echo Power Line Company. He was a lifelong resident of this area and attended Central Baptist Church. In Nathan's free time, he loved spending his time with his wife and kids and loved to take them fishing. Spending time with his family was always his main priority. He was a great husband, father, son and brother. Nathan will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Skye Davis Evans of Sarepta, LA; his children, Hunter, Madeline, Layla, Maddox and Nyobi; his father, Danny L. Evans, Sr. and wife, Michelle of Bradley, AR; mother, Angel R. Tyson and husband, David of Taylor, AR; maternal grandmother, Robbie Jean Roach of Newport, KY; three sisters, Kelly Duncan of Haynesville, LA, April Nash and husband, Jamie of Sarepta, LA, Mary Emanuel and husband, Lyle of Springhill, LA; brother, Danny Larry Evans, Jr. of Shreveport, LA; four half-sisters and two half-brothers; nieces and nephews, Zane, Adrian, Brianna, Trevor, Brennon, Katy and Lillie.

Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.
