Roy G Nelson, 84, Dynamite foreman, Claremont, of Chestnut Street Extension, died Nov 25, 1991, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon. He was born May 19, 1907, in Cornish, son of Asher and Rose (Therrien) Nelson, and had lived in Claremont nearly all of his life. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed as chief dynamite foreman by the Watkins Construction Co. He attended the First Baptist Church of Claremont. He was a member of the New England Horsepulling Association. His wife, Adeline Nelson, died in 1986. He leaves a son, Leonard Nelson of Westminster, Vt ; four daughters, Bernice, Eldora, Priscilla, Donna ...
