Mr. Robert Roy Donaldson, Jr., 70, of Opp passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Donaldson is survived by his wife, Margaret Senn Donaldson; daughter & son-in-law, Sharon & Allen Sasser; son & daughter-in-law; Wyatt & Ondy Donaldson; step-children, Scott Mooney & Haley and Lori Caldwell & Chris; brothers, Charles Donaldson and Tim Donaldson; sisters, Jane Weeks & James and Ann Baker & Charles; grandchildren, Blake & Emily Sasser and Ben, Braxton & Kade Donaldson; step-grandchildren, Justin Mooney, Alex Willis, Hunter Brooks, Asia Brooks, Caleb Schofield, Clay Caldwell and Callie Caldwell; 4 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Sue Wyatt Donaldson; children, Cynthia Gayle Donaldson and Robert Roy Donaldson, III; and parents, Katherine & Bob Donaldson.
Jonathon Jones & Doyle Prescott will be officiating with special music provided by Kevin Kelley & Robin Pierce.
Roy was a dedicated clerk for Shell Oil Company for many years.
