She was the daughter of the late Raymond Carr and Dora Black Harrington. She was married to the late Charles Marion McBryde. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers, Roy Harrington and Alfred Harrington; and two sisters, Mary Steele and Helen Williams. She was survived by four daughters, Martha McBryde Monroe (Doug), Frances McBryde Mann (Ed), Jane McBryde Mann (Tom), and Sarah McBryde Spital (Bruce); ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
