Mrs. Reinheimer was born in Belleville on May 6, 1866, and was a daughter of the late Goerge and Catherine Berthold, nee Lye [Ley/Lahey], both natives of Germany.
She was twice married. Her first husband was John Roedersheimer and he died in 1901. Her second husband, Charles Reinheimer, died on June 24, 1918.
Surviving are five children:

William Roedersheimer, New Athens, Ill.
Ben Roedersheimer, 1649 N Church St.
Emilie, wife of Norman Voellinger, 127 Lucinda
A step-son, Melvin Roedersheimer, died at Camp Sheridan, [Montgomery Co., Alabama]. A daughter, Mrs. Lillian Bonn, also preceded her in death.
She also leaves 13 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Hines of Baden, St. Louis Co., Mo. Two sisters, Mrs. Mary Stoehr and Mrs. Anna Weidemann, preceded her in death.
Funeral at 1:30 p.m. Saturday from the residence to Walnut Hill Cemetery. Rev. B. J. Koehler, pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical Church will officiate.
