Rosemary, a resident of Los Alamos, passed away at the Los Alamos Medical Center. She was survived by her husband of 51 years, John Chapman; 3 daughters: Janice Taylor, Karen Hart, and Diane Smith; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

In June 1952, Rosemary married John Chapman in East St. Louis. She retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory in 1988 after 22 years of service.

Funeral servics were on 22 Sep 2003 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Los Alamos. Burial of her cremains were in the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
