HENRY, LEE W., 83, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2017, under the care of Sylvia Hospice House, Ocala, FL. Lee was born on May 29, 1933, in Kendallville, IN. He served in the US Air Force for 20 years, and was a Viet Nam veteran. Lee was a devoted husband and father. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Ester C Henry, and his children, Patricia Heilmann, Michael (& Annie) Henry, Kathy (& Roger) Fowler, Gary (& Kelly) Henry and Cindy Dawdy. He is also survived by two brothers, James (& Sue) Henry and David (& Alicia) Henry, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Dorothea Henry, a brother William Henry and a son Rex Horne. Lee was a loving and caring person to everyone he came in contact with. Lee’s service will be held at Roberts Funeral Homes, Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Ave, Ocala, FL 34471, on Thursday, January 12, 2017, with visitation at 10:00 a.m., immediately followed by his memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, in Bushnell, FL at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Marion County, PO Box 4860, Ocala, FL 34478-4860, are appreciated.
