Rev. G. Keller Rubrecht of the First Lutheran Church of North Platte was in charge. The body was shipped to Keosauqua, IA for burial in the Center Chapel cemetery, next to his wife.
Born 26 Oct 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA and passed away at Tryon, NE on 29 Apr 1938. He moved to Missouri as a small child and grew to manhood there.
United in marriage with Lucinda Davis and had 9 children, 6 sons and 3 daughters. While the children were small, they moved to IA.
In 1909 Mr. Shriver and his wife moved to Tryon, NE, where had made his home since.
Survived by 5 sons, George and William Harvey both of Keosauqua, IA, Ira of Old English, IA, H. A. of North Platte, NE, C. O. Lewis of Lincoln, NE; 1 daughter, Mrs. Margaret Stedry of Oshkosh, NE.
His wife and 3 children preceded him in death.
