Kramer, Gary I., 59, of Northfield, died Feb. 10, 1998. Born in 1938 in Northfield, he was the son of Lloyd and Eleanor (Baker) Kramer. He graduated from Northfield High School and joined the Navy and later the Army. He retired from the military in 1981 after 20 years and returned to Vermont and was employed by the State of Vermont Department of Transportation. Survivors include two sisters, Judy Matheson and Karla Bottiggi; an aunt; nieces and nephews.
