Evelyn Rose Shepherd Breeding, age 86, of Madison formerly of Dupont, Indiana entered this life on March 19, 1930 in Lecher County, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of Fayette and Lula Rainey Shepherd both of whom preceded her in death. She was a 1954 graduate of Stuart Robinson High School. Eveyln held membership in the Stuart Robinson Presbyterian Church. She was united in marriage on August 19, 1949 in Jeremiah, Kentucky to Coleman Bruce Breeding. This union of 36 years was blessed with two sons, Joel and Tim; and two daughters, Marsha and Leslie. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family, working in her garden, and dancing. She loved music, her friends and baking. She enjoyed volunteering at the schools and had worked early in life at the Stuart Robinson School. Evelyn died on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 12:07 p.m. at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.
A LOVING FAMILY
Evelyn will be missed by her loving companion, Dan Bodine and his family of Richmond, Kentucky; her loving sons, Joel Breeding and his wife Jody of Dupont, Indiana, Tim Breeding and his wife Kim of Madison, Indiana; her loving daughters, Marsha Eversole of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Leslie Ford and her husband John of Dupont, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kim, Kenneth, Zach, Jordan and Andy; her great-grandchildren, Peyton, Madey, Caden, Carragan, and Owen; her nephew, David Copeland of Rockford, Illinois; several other nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Fayette Shepherd, her mother, Lula Rainey Shepherd, her brother, Fayette Russell Shepherd, her sister, Mary Lou Copeland, her grandson, Jonathon Ford, the father of her children, Coleman Bruce Breeding, died December 2, 2008, and her son in law, Kenneth Eversole.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 12, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., by Pastor Troy Hedges at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Dupont Cemetery in Dupont, Indiana.
