Dr. Debra Dawn Evans, DVM, 59, beloved Veterinarian of Moore, OK, passed away at her home on December 29, 2016. She was born on July 24, 1957 in Kansas City, MO to Gerald Don and Helen Leona (Stack) Evans.
Debra will be forever known for her kind heart and generosity shown towards others. She loved traveling all over the world, scuba diving, reading, shopping, gadgets, and spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandbabies. She graduated from Oklahoma State University, and her greatest passion was caring for animals. She took great pride in the years she spent at her Eastmoor Animal Clinic.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, John E. "Mike" Sprinkle; and sister, Chyrl Burton. Survivors include her children, Jennifer Baker and husband, Brian, Eric McClintock and wife, Ashley; step-children, Chad Sprinkle, Jason Sprinkle and wife, Joshalyn; grandchildren, Chris Bennett, Avery Baker, Parker McClintock; step-grandchildren, MaKayla, Joshua, Jaylen and Journee; siblings, Gary Smith, Vicki Burton, Steve Evans and wife, Tammy; mother-in-law, Sally Sprinkle; great-nephew, Judah Burton.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel.
