The daughter of Casey L. Bowen and Greba Emily Giles, she was born June 7, 1936 in Rexburg, Idaho.
Glee's life revolved around her family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren more than anything. She was an excellent cook and baker.
Glee was a devout member of the LDS Church and served in many callings including Relief Society President. She was married to the love of her life for sixty-one years, and loved by all who knew her.
Glee is preceded by her parents, son, David Larsen; and sibling, Lavon Bowen Dahl. She is survived by her husband, Donald Larsen; children, Rick Larsen (Melissa) and Chad Larsen (Annisa); daughter-in-law, Deborah; ten grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holladay Third Ward Chapel, 4568 South Holladay Boulevard (2175 East), Holladay. A viewing will be held prior to the services from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive (1450 East), East Millcreek.
