Bettie Rose Morris Bohannon
Our beloved mother and grandmother Bettie was born on Dec. 9, 1927, and died on March 29, 2014. Bettie was one of nine children, and was the last surviving member of her siblings.
She leaves to mourn her beloved son; 5 children and 6 grandchildren and daughter.
Mom truly believed that she would be reunited with her precious grandson Rich, who died in Dec. of 2012. Our mother was a strong and resourceful person. She made many new friends at the Villas where she resided the last 5 years, and often said that she could not believe she had such a great retirement .
The family wants to express our deepest appreciation to the staff of the Villas for all their kindness and help over these years. A celebration of Mom's life will be held at a later date.
