Leta Goulde Narron Edwards, 74, of Bizzell Grove Church Road near Princeton died on November 11, 2012.
Born in Johnston County on September 15, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Walter Leon and Rebecca Lane Narron. Mrs. Edwards was also preceded in death by her son Keith Edwards and her husband James D. "Pete" Edwards.
She was a member of Bizzell Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Women's Auxiliary for 25 years. She was also a Past Matron of the Selma Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and was a retired Sales Associate at Walmart.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 6:00 PM in Bizzell Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church.
The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday in Bizzell Grove Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are her sons, James David Edwards, Jr. and wife Jenny of Selma, Dwight L. Edwards and wife Marty of Princeton; daughter, Desiree' Elaine Edwards and husband George Campion of Princeton; sister, Portia Jones of Clover, SC; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
