Mr. Denning served his country with honor as a decorated veteran of World War II. He served as an infantry man during the Battle of the Bulge.
A service to celebrate the life of Ollin Denning will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Blackmans Grove Church, 1362 Timothy Road, Dunn, NC. Officiating the service will be Rev. Ricky Lee.
Mr. Denning is survived by: son, George Denning & wife Barbara of Pikeville; grandchildren, George Denning, Jr., Jeffrey Tew, Samantha Pearson, Miranda Denning, & Hunter Denning; great grandchildren, Colton Denning, Khailyn Tew, Adalyn Tew, Owen Pearson; brother, J.D. Denning & wife Minnie of Welcome, NC; sister-in-law, Jean Denning of Dunn.
