GROTON- Karen M. Nagy 55 of South Main St. Groton, passed Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000 at her home after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
A lifelong resident of the area, she was employed with Smith Corona in Groton and Corland for 34 years. For the past 3 years she has been employed with the Groton Nursing Faculty as an activity's aide until her illness forced her into retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years and 2 children.
She is the daughter of George & Gladys Auble Darling
the youngest of 7 children.
