Pink Starnes was electrocuted by a high voltage wire, while he was working on top of a pole alone on Louise Ave in Charlotte NC. Workers noticed he was swaying on the pole and lowered him to the ground. Resuscitation attempts failed and he was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. Surviving him was a wife and one child.
