Leslie Ernest “L.E.” Gordon, 51, of Ludowici, died Saturday, December 17, 2016. The Long County native was a former carpenter, an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing and watching football. He was predeceased by his parents, Leslie E. and Sue Ann Gordon.
Survivors are his wife of 6 years, Tracy Echols Gordon of Ludowici; son, Richard Gordon of Ludowici; step-children, Donna Johnson and Terri Johnson of Jesup; sister and brother-in-law, Traci (Alan) Engler of Ludowici; brother, Donnie Gordon of Ludowici; maternal grandmother, June Brazeale of Jesup; grandson, Matthew Gordon of Ludowici; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Ludowici First Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Parker officiating.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 prior to service at the church.
