She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Joe Y. Cook & his wife, Jean; Marvin E. "Jim" Cook & his wife, Frances; David Cook & his wife, Joyce; Jerry L. Cook & his wife, Bernice; 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward Webb Cook; daughter, Barbara Jane Tart; son, Raymond Cook, and grandchildren, Micke & Joe Cook, Jr.
Pallbearers included Thomas Cook, Johnny Cook, Eddie Cook, Gene Cook, Christopher Angel, and Brad Angel.
