PIFER – Entered into rest at her home, 285 Champlain Street, Sunday, June 30, 1935, Mrs. Laura Pifer, widow of John H. Pifer. She leaves one son, George H. Pifer; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Luchsinger, Mrs. Thomas McCarthy and Mrs. Ernest Parent; three sisters, Mrs. A. Lasentine, Mrs. Clara La Fontaine and Mrs. George La Fontaine; also 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was president of Branch 485 L. C. B. A.; also Sacred Heart Society of Our Lady of Victory Church.
-Funeral from her home, Wednesday morning at 8:30 and from SS. Peter and Paul’s Church at 9 o’clock. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
