ARIES BROWN IS NOT THE FATHER OF HENRY WASHINGTON BROWN!

Aries Brown served during the Revolutionary War as both a Corporal and a Sergeant. He is on the Valley Forge Muster Roll. I believe that he served as a member of General George Washington's Life Guard. While the records for General George Washington's Life Guards were burned by the British during the War Of 1812, there is circumstantial evidence that remains. On the pay rolls, he is getting paid twice as much as other men of the same rank. From what is known about his dates and locations of service, he is in the same locations as General George Washington.
