9 Jan 2007: Lydia Emma Mason, 84, Cedar Haven, formerly of Lebanon, died Monday, January 8, 2007, in Cedar Haven. She was born in Myerstown September 20, 1922, daughter of the late Robert W. and Margaret Varner Mason. She had been employed at the former Lebanon County Workshop. Surviving are sisters Hazel, wife of William Weary, Lebanon, Jeanette Meyer, Lebanon; brother Glen, husband of Dorothy Bennetch Mason, Lebanon; nieces, nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by sisters Ann Boltz, Grace Barrick, Mildred Radonovich, Roxie Hummel, Helen Gingrich; brothers Wilbur Mason, James Mason, George Mason and Barge "Jock" Mason. Funeral Thursday at Rohland Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
