Bill E. Talbert, age 86 of New Castle, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016.ÊHe was the son of the late Fetzer & Carrie (Shue) Talbert.
He is survived by his son, Scott Talbert of New Castle.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Daniel Lowry of New Castle Baptist Church. Interment will be in New Castle Cemetery. Visitation was 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
