Howard Sweeney
CHARLESTON — Howard H. Sweeney, 83, of Charleston died Friday morning (Jan. 12, 1996) at his residence.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Harper-Swickard Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Sweeney officiating. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery near Ashmore. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
He was born May 25, 1912, in Whiteside County, the son of Frank and Maude Hussong Sweeney.
Survivors include a nephew, Max Sweeney of Charleston, and a special friend, LaVerne Bell of Charleston.
Mr. Sweeney was a retired Hutton Township farmer. He attended the Salisbury Church in Hutton Township.
