WOODLAND - Lynn J. Peters, 72, of Woodland R.D. died at his home yesterday, Jan. 1, at 5:20 a.m.
He was born in Woodland June 13, 1903, a son of Joseph and Mathilda (Dickson) Peters. He was a retired farmer in Bradford Township, and a member of the Lake Street Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothy Woodside, and one son, Braden of Pottsville, along with three grandchildren.
Two sisters, Miss Kate Peters of Woodland R.D. and Mrs. Anna Undercofler of Woodland, also survive.
Mr. Peters was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be held at the Bennett Funeral Home Inc., in Clearfield tomorrow at 11 a.m. Rev. John Halderman will officiate and interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and until the time of services tomorrow.
