Mildred Miller Braxley age 92 passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Braxley was a life-long resident of Milledgeville. She was a retired employee of McGaw Laboratories and worked from Rheem Mfg. She was preceded in death by her parents Luke and Janie Newsome Miller, her husband James Harry Braxley, sister Letha Walden, brothers, Rev. Hollis Miller, J.T. Miller and Clarence Miller. She was a charter member of Northside Baptist Church and currently a member of Cooper Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
