Survivors: three daughters, Ora Lee Sandefur, Mildred Hardin and Barbara Hale; four sons, Merle, Wil-lard, Howard and Harold Marples; two sisters, Edith Marple and Mayme Stayton; 26 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
