The estate left by Mr Hopkins is valued at $3,300 and being divided as follows. The house and lot also the personal property in the house at the time of his death goes to his grand-daughter, Grace Louise Hopkins, a minor, and all other personal property In banks and bonds is to be divided equally between his grand-daughter, Grace L. Hopkins; her mother, Mrs. Dora B. Hopkins, and brother, James Hopkins.
