Jimmy E. Kennedy, 55, of Brunswick, departed this life Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Sears Manor Nursing Home.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2PM Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Jim Crandall officiating.

Born June 28, 1961 in Orleans France to Otis W. and Carolyn V. Kennedy, he attended Brunswick High School. Mr. Kennedy worked in the food service industry and was an avid sports fan and fisherman. He had been a resident of Glynn County since 1966. He was preceded in death by his father Otis W. Kennedy.

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn V. Kennedy, two sons, Chris Kennedy of Jacksonville, and Dillon Kennedy of Brunswick, a twin brother, Johnny Kennedy of Brunswick, and brother, Mike Kennedy and wife Debbie of Brunswick, and two sisters, Debbie Guisinger and husband Charles of Canton, GA, and Dale Welchel and husband Bob of Sugar Hill, GA.
