Mabel I. Gorman, 87, died Monday in Henry County Hospital after a brief illness.
Survivors include three daughters, Hazel Bussell, Wilma Jean Clevenger and Rheta Reese; two sons, Charles Gorman and Robert Murphy; and a brother, Basil Darby.
Mrs. Gorman was born in Decatur County, and moved to New Castle in 1924 to work at Chrysler Corp. She lived in Henry County most of her life.
She was a member of Mount Zion Wesleyan Church and several brotherhoods and sisterhoods.
